This legal notice contains the conditions that regulate the use of and access to the website http://www.confortysabor.com/ (hereinafter site or website) and the responsibilities derived from its use, in compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI). It shall be understood that access to or the mere use of the website by the user implies their adherence to all the conditions that CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. has published at that time on the website. Users are informed that CONFORT Y SABOR S.L., under the trade name CONFORT Y SABOR S.L., complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data, user privacy, and the confidentiality and security of their personal data, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of personal data.

Consequently, CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. does not assume any responsibility for any matter relating to such websites. 

Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy

The identifying and personal data provided on this website, via form or email, are confidential and will be part of the files owned by CONFORT Y SABOR S.L., and will be processed by it in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection. At the same time, users expressly authorize CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. to send them information regarding news in the field of the services it provides. If users do not wish to receive such information, they may notify this via email at any time. When accepting these general conditions, CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. will require the user to provide certain essential data for the provision of its services. 

 

The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated by CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. into the corresponding automated files, with CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. being responsible for said files, registered with the General Data Protection Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The Data Controller, or where applicable the Processor, will take the necessary security measures to verify the identity of the user. CONFORT Y SABOR S.L. will have no obligation to maintain any content nor to resend any unread or unsent message to either the user or a third party. 

 

Legislation and Jurisdiction: 

  1. These terms of use are governed by Spanish law. The conditions displayed on this website are in any case subject to Spanish Law and the Spanish Courts. In case of disputes between the user and CONFORT Y SABOR S.L., the parties expressly agree, regarding the provision of the service and with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Almería (Autonomous Community of Andalusia).
